National Field Training Officer Annual Conference 2024

I had the opportunity to collaborate with the National Association of Field Training Officers (NAFTO) to create a comprehensive suite of digital designs for their 2024 national conference. My contributions spanned various aspects of the conference’s visual and digital presence, ensuring a cohesive and professional aesthetic throughout the event.

Responsibilities and Contributions:
> PowerPoint Presentations: Designed engaging and informative slides for keynote speeches, workshops, and training sessions, enhancing the overall delivery of content.
> Name Tags and QR Codes: Created personalized name tags and QR codes for attendees, streamlining registration and networking processes.
> Digital Themed Designs: Developed a series of themed digital designs to unify the visual identity of the conference, including banners, signage, and promotional materials.
> Course Materials: Designed digital course materials that were used in pre-conference and during-conference training sessions, ensuring they were visually appealing and easy to follow.
> Social Media Graphics: Produced a variety of graphics for social media platforms to promote the conference, increasing engagement and attendance.

Tools and Software:
Utilized Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint), and Canva to create and finalize all digital assets.

Challenges:
One of the main challenges was ensuring that all digital assets were consistent with NAFTO’s brand while also being adaptable for various formats and platforms. Through regular feedback sessions and iterative design processes, I was able to overcome this challenge and deliver cohesive and versatile designs.

Outcome:
The conference was a resounding success, with positive feedback from attendees regarding the professionalism and quality of the digital materials. The seamless integration of digital designs contributed significantly to the overall impact and engagement of the event.
